Gyros Pizza with Vegetables and Tzatziki

Cook pizza dough. Divide broccoli into roses, precook in boiling hot water for 3 min. Cut peppers and onions into strips.

Heat 4 tbsp oil and fry gyros in it. Stir in the vegetables. Grease baking tray with remaining oil, roll out pizza dough on it.

Cover with meat-vegetable mixture, bake in oven at 180 °C for 20-25 min. Arrange sherry peppers on the pizza after 15 min. Press garlic through a press and grate cucumber. Mix both with curd cheese, season and offer with the pizza.
