Instructions:

Boil water with salt, sugar, juice of one lemon and finely chopped peppers for 5 min. Remove peel from bananas, cut in half lengthwise. Put them on an oval plate. Pour the hot, strained broth over them. Refrigerate. Roll the bananas in coconut flakes. Finely dice ham. Spread evenly over bananas.
