Prepare a dough from wheat flour, starch flour, ground pumpkin seeds, ice cold water and the spices. Meanwhile, roll the cut pumpkin sticks in flour. Then pull the pumpkin sticks through this rather thin batter and deep fry the sticks in peanut oil.
