Mix dry ingredients in a baking bowl. Mix wet ingredients in another baking bowl.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix everything together briskly with the dough hook of the hand mixer.

Fill into a muffin tin with paper cups and bake at 180 °C.

Used wheat flour type 1050 and Parmesan, do not top with cheese. Mass just fits 1 baking tray. Baking time about half an hour.
