Spread half of the vanilla ice cream on the outermost edge of the dome. Fill the center with raspberry ice cream and top with the rest of the vanilla ice cream. Put the ice cream in the freezer with the lid closed for at least three quarters of an hour.

In the meantime, prepare the decoration.

Before taking out the ice cream, it is best to prepare the decoration. On a large plate, place a few halved strawberries around the edge. Draw a circle around the inner edge of the plate with the chocolate sauce.

Use a piping bag to place dots of cream in the chocolate circle. Always place a chocolate chip in between. Remove the ice cream and place it in the center of the plate. Drizzle with rum. Pour strawberry sauce all around. Place minced nuts on top of the whipped cream and ice cream mold.

Tip: Feel free to use better chocolate – the more delicious the result!
