For cream chicken with spirals, finely chop the onion. Rub the chicken knuckles with some chicken spice mixture and paprika powder. Fry them in a little oil with the onion on both sides and add water so that the meat is covered.
Simmer for about 15 minutes until the meat is cooked. In the meantime, mix the cream with the flour and a pinch of salt. Remove the knuckles from the pot and stir in the cream-flour mixture.
Season with a little soup seasoning, bring to the boil briefly and then add the meat. Cook the noodles al dente and serve the creamed chicken with spirals.
