For the grilled corn on the cob with chili butter, cook the corn on the cob in salted water for 10 minutes. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and chop finely.

Melt butter, add chili, salt and pepper. Drain corn cobs, grill until tender and golden brown.

While grilling, brush corn cobs with chili butter and serve the rest with the finished corn cobs.
