Coarsely chop parsley, butter, crab meat and chives with hand mixer or blender. Season with salt, nutmeg, lime juice and pepper. Add whipping cream until you have a creamy, spreadable mixture. Fill into small baking bowls, garnish with lime slice and serve with toast or fresh white bread.

Our tip: Fresh chives are much more aromatic than dried ones!
