For the grilled chop, first pour olive oil into a soup bowl (bottom should be properly covered). Add the herbs (dried) finely rubbed. Salt and the crushed garlic cloves mix well with the oil.

Place the rinsed, drained meat in the oil mixture, tossing and turning a few times. It is best to cover and refrigerate overnight. Place on a washable grill tray and grill.
