A cake recipe for all foodies:

3. bake the cake: spread the cheese mixture on the cookie base and bake in the oven for about 20 min. Reduce the oven temperature to 125 °C and bake the cake for about 60 minutes.
4. put the cake in a cool place: Cool cake a tiny bit and remove from the pan. Leave to cool for at least 2 hours before serving to make it easier to cut. Dust with powdered sugar.
