For the Christmas ring cake, first grease the ring cake pan with butter, dust with flour and put in the refrigerator in the meantime. Separate the eggs and beat the whites until stiff.
Beat yolks with honey, chai (kiss) spice, vanilla flavoring, cinnamon and fruit yogurt until foamy. Slowly add the oil to the yolk mixture, then stir in the flour and baking powder.
Finally, fold in the snow and raisins and season heavily with cinnamon to make it taste really Christmasy.
Fill the dough into the prepared Gugelhupf form and bake in the preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 60 minutes.
