For the pear coconut muesli, mix well yogurt, oat flakes, milk and honey. Coarsely chop the hazelnuts and roast them together with the sunflower seeds and the coconut flakes in a frying pan without adding any fat. Allow to cool.

Cut apples and pears into quarters, remove core. Cut fruit into cubes and wedges. Mix all ingredients for the muesli well.
