Wash the mint leaves (beautiful leaves without stems) and spin dry. Put mint leaves in a bowl, sprinkle citric acid.

Add water and leave in a cool place for 24 hours, then strain the leaves.

Add the sugar and stir until the syrup is clear and the sugar is completely dissolved.

Fill into bottles.
