Wash, dry and tear the green salad into pieces, arrange on 2 plates.

Clean the bell bell pepper and onion and cut them into strips. Cut sausage and cheese into strips.

Cut chives into fine rings. Mix a marinade of vinegar, oil, honey, salt and mustard.

Add all the chopped ingredients to the marinade and mix well, spread on the salad and empty the marinade over it.

Sprinkle the salad with chives and pepper and serve.
