Instructions:

For the chili, soak the soy cubes in water for about 15 minutes.

Sauté the onion and garlic in oil, then add the drained soy cubes and fry briefly.

Then add all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Season with the spices to the desired spiciness.

For the polenta patties, boil the polenta in water with the herb salt. Keep stirring so that the mixture does not burn. When the polenta is firm, cut it into pieces with a spoon.

Heat the oil in a pan. Put in the polenta pieces and press them into plazkis (pancakes). Fry on both sides until they are nice and golden brown and keep warm in the tube.

Serve the chili with the platzki and sprinkled with fresh or dried oregano.
