Put jam, white wine and rum in a small saucepan, heat slightly and stir until smooth. Grease baking tray well with a little butter, flour dough and roll out to 1/2 cm thickness. Place on baking tray and brush well with jam.halve apricots, remove seeds and cover the dough very closely with them.place in oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes, remove and brush with the remaining jam. Sprinkle with almond slivers and place in the oven for another 5 minutes.Remove, cut and serve preferably lukewarm.
