Instructions:

Cut the bread into narrow and small slices. Mix the eggs with the salt in the baking bowl. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Add the bread and toast over medium heat. Pour the beaten eggs over it.

Using the frying pan, turn to the other side and poke until the eggs are set. Serve immediately and bring to the table with green leaf salad.
