A great pasta dish for any occasion:
Cook pasta in boiling hot salted water for 10 to 12 minutes.
Rinse tomatoes and cut into cubes. Remove the skin from the garlic and chop. Mix milk, garlic, eggs and water. Season with salt and pepper. Rinse basil, chop and fold in.
Heat fat in a non-stick frying pan. Add drained pasta and tomatoes. Pour the egg over it and fry at low temperature. Sprinkle with pepper.
