For the raisin rolls, sift the flour into the bowl of a food processor. Add the yeast, sugar, salt, warm water, butter and warm milk and knead with the dough hook of the food processor until smooth.

Finally, add the raisins and knead in. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour (until the dough has doubled in size).

Knead the dough again by hand and form 16 rolls from the dough. Place the rolls on a floured or foil-lined baking sheet and let rise again for about 20 minutes.

Brush the rolls with milk and bake at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.
