For the banana chocolate butter cookie cake, peel and cut bananas into pieces and sprinkle with the lemon juice. Cut the chocolate into small pieces. Crumble 5 butter cookies (a few slightly larger pieces may remain). Beat the egg (with a mixer).

Add sugar and vanilla sugar and continue whisking. Then add oil and yogurt/milk. Finally, stir in flour and baking powder and continue mixing. Fold in bananas, chocolate and butter cheese.

Pour half the mixture into the greased/floured baking pan. Then put whole butterkese on top and pour the rest of the mixture on top (can also be done without butterkese intermediate layer, depending on your preference).

Preheat oven to 180 degrees convection. Now bake the cake for 30-40 minutes.
