Instructions:

Cut the leftover bread into small cubes. Mix egg yolk and honey until creamy, add spices and juice of one lemon. Beat the egg whites until firm, cut the apricots into small pieces. Stir the leftover bread, apricots and almond kernels into the egg yolk mixture and carefully fold in the snow. Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan.

Baking/cooking time: approx. 40 min at 200 °C

Tip: Always use aromatic spices to refine your dishes!
