For baked broccoli with orange dip, first preheat the oven to 220 °C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Wash the broccoli, remove the stalk and cut the head into small florets. Bring plenty of salted water to the boil and blanch the florets in it for about 3 minutes. Drain in a sieve.
For the batter, mix the flour with water and cumin, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Pull broccoli florets through batter one at a time, drain and place on prepared baking sheet. Bake in a hot oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
In the meantime, for the orange dip, mix yogurt with crème fraîche, honey, orange juice and zest until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour into small bowls and garnish with orange zest.
Garnish baked broccoli with orange dip to taste with mint and toasted almond flakes and serve.
