Dough base

Melt the milk in lukewarm water. Add the remaining ingredients and knead everything together with a pinch of salt and the zest of an untreated lemon to a silky dough. Then let the dough rest for half an hour.

Roll out the dough to the size of a baking tray and place it on a lightly greased baking tray using a rolling pin. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with the crumb mixture. Roll smooth with a rolling pin.
