For the pot tiramisu, stir sugar, vanilla sugar, curd cheese and lemon juice until creamy.

Dissolve the soaked, squeezed gelatine in a little warm milk and stir into the mixture.

Mix in the whipped cream. In a large baking dish, alternately layer the biscuits soaked in milk and rum.

Finally cover with cream. Then place another layer of sponge cake and so on. Finish with cream.

Chill the pot tiramisu for 3 – 4 hours before serving.
