For the ice cream cone shells, bring water, sugar and cinnamon to a boil, dissolve butter in the hot sugar water, add pinch of salt and then let cool, beat in flour and eggs. Let rest overnight.

The next day, bake small slices in an ice cream cake iron and immediately place the ice cream cone shells over a spice jar to cool.
