Cut tomatoes and cucumbers into cubes of 2 cm edge length, sweet bell pepper (without core) and the onions a little bit smaller. Chop a small hot spicy bell pepper and enough parsley very small, mix everything together and season with paprika, bell pepper, salt, vinegar, oil and a pinch of garlic salt. Sprinkle grated Bulgarian shipka cheese or other grated cheese on top.
