For the anise milk, soak the raisins in water.
Boil the anise seeds for 5 min in a saucepan with 425 ml of tap water, then reduce the temperature and continue to boil gently for 10 min.
Blend the pistachios, drained raisins, cardamom and milk and set aside.
Strain the anise water and stir in the honey. Pour the water into the milk mixture.
Blend well and refrigerate.
Decorate the anise milk with a small sprig of fresh mint and serve cold.
