For the cream chops, wash the meat briefly with cold water and pat dry. Season with salt, pepper, crushed garlic and caraway seeds and pound on both sides.

Peel and finely chop the onion. Whisk the sour cream well with the flour.

Heat the oil well in a shallow, large frying pan, press the chops into flour on one side and place them with this side first into the hot oil and let them brown well. Then fry on the other side as well.

Pour in the gravy, add the sour cream and flour mixture and bring to the boil. Season the sauce with salt and pepper and cover the chops with a low heat.

Finally, season with lemon juice, sprinkle with parsley and serve the creamed chops hot.
