For the roasted apples with orange filling, wash and dry the apples and hollow out the core with an apple corer. Fillet the tangerines.

Mix tangerine slices, orange marmalade, orange liqueur well and fill this mixture into the apples. Put the filled apples in a roasting pan and sprinkle with the chopped almonds.

Roast in the oven at 210°C for about 25 minutes. At the end add the white wine, then at the bottom the juice will dissolve.

Serve the roasted apples with orange filling.
