Rinse the tomatoes and the cucumber and slice them without peeling. Remove the peel from the radish and also cut into slices. Clean, rinse and slice the radishes. Remove the peel from the onions and cut them into rings. Cut the peppers in half and remove the core, rinse the halves and cut them into strips. Remove the shell from the eggs and cut them into slices. Mix all of the above salad ingredients with the vinaigrette and toss briefly. Weigh the kitchen herbs, mix them with the oil and the long grain rice and layer the herb rice and the salad mixture alternately in a salad bowl. Drizzle the drained vinaigrette over the whole salad and leave it in the fridge for 10 minutes with the lid closed.
