Instructions:

1) Sauté the onion with the oil in a medium saucepan for 8 min, then add the turmeric, coriander, garlic and cardamom.

Stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

2) Add the cauliflower and carefully turn it to the other side in the onion-spice mixture. Add the water and salt and pepper. Let the mixture bubble up.

3) Put the lid on and cook the cauliflower for about 15 min at a moderate temperature until tender. Shake the pot occasionally so that the ingredients do not stick to the bottom and cook evenly.

4) Check the taste, garnish the cauliflower with mint and serve it on the spot.
