For the apricot oat porridge, wash the apricots, cut them in half and remove the seeds. Boil them in a little water until soft and peel off the skin.
Put the oatmeal in a pot with a little water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer gently for three minutes and remove from heat.Add the apricot halves to the oatmeal and puree with a hand blender. Now stir in the butter.
If necessary, let the apricot-oat porridge cool to eating temperature.
