Instructions:

Homemade baby food – First complementary food.

For the potato pizza, first prepare the dough. Boil the potatoes in their skins until soft, peel them while still hot, press them through a potato ricer and let them cool slightly.

Sprinkle the work surface with flour, mix the remaining ingredients with the potatoes and quickly work into a smooth dough. Form a roll from the potato dough (Ø approx. 5 cm).

Brush a baking tray with olive oil. Cut slices of the potato roll about 3 cm thick, flatten them slightly with floured hands and place them on the baking sheet with a little distance between them. Pre-bake in the preheated oven at 180 °C for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, blanch the tomatoes. Peel off the skin, cut into small cubes and remove the seeds. Place on the pre-baked potato slices, leaving an edge.

Now top the small potato pizzas with ham, mozzarella and corn kernels and season with finely chopped oregano. Now continue baking at 180°C until the dough edge is crispy.
