For the molehill cake, whisk together eggs, baking powder, sugar and butter until well blended. Sift in flour and stir in.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and stir into the batter (use a wooden spoon not a mixer).
Pour the dough into a hemispherical baking pan, which you have previously brushed with oil and dusted with flour.
Bake for about 30 minutes at 190 °C in a preheated oven. Allow to cool well. Then carefully remove the cake base from the mold.
Decorate the molehill cake as desired and enjoy.
