Minute Steaks with Cherry Tomato Salad

Chop rosemary needles and garlic. Halve the pepper lengthwise. Remove the seeds and dice the pepper very finely. Mix everything with 4 tbsp oil and turn the steaks in the marinade to the other side.

Cover and refrigerate for one night.

Chop the basil leaves finely. Cut the white and light green of the young onion into fine rings and stir through with vinegar, honey and 4 tbsp oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves, quarters or slices depending on their size and mix with the caper apples in the dressing. Add salt if necessary.

Put the steaks on skewers and grill on the broiler for 2-3 minutes on each side, medium or well done, season with salt.
