Bring the milk to the boil and add the semolina, stirring constantly. Also add the sugar.
When everything is stirred in, remove the pot from the heat and see if the consistency is right.
Depending on taste, some like the semolina thicker, others thinner. The longer you leave it, the thicker it will be. If you want it thinner, don’t let it stand as long or use less semolina.
Add cinnamon and sugar or cocoa to the semolina. You can also add fresh fruit.
