A great cake recipe for any occasion:
250 g flour on baking board form, make a dent in the middle, pour in 3 tsp oil and a tiny bit of salt and add enough lukewarm water to knead the ingredients into a smooth, elastic dough (for 4 servings in about an eighth of a liter). Cover the dough with a warmed baking bowl and rest for 20 min.
