For the potato horseradish, quarter the raw peeled potatoes and boil in salted water until soft. Strain the water and mash the potatoes.

Put the butter on top and mix with boiling hot beef broth to a thick mash. Mix in the grated horseradish.

Serve the potato horseradish warm as a side dish.
