For the avocado porcini and grissini on lettuce, wash the porcini, pat dry and cut into flakes. Cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Wash the lettuce and lamb’s lettuce and drain very well.

Clean and quarter the cocktail tomatoes. Halve avocado, cut into wedges and peel. For the dressing, mix 1 tsp. cane sugar and 1 tsp. salt with 4 tbsp. vinegar and 2 tbsp. water until well blended and add herbs.

Heat coconut oil in a pan, add mushrooms, season with salt, pepper and herbs and sauté briefly. Then mix salads with dressing and oil. For the avocado porcini mushrooms and grissini on lettuce, add the mushrooms, avocado, cocktail tomatoes and sunflower seeds on top and serve with grissini.
