For the arugula avocado salad, first cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh.
Dice the flesh and sprinkle with a few drops of lemon juice. Wash and quarter the cocktail tomatoes. Now, in a bowl, mix the arugula, tomatoes and avocado, add salt and pepper.
In a small bowl mix the oil, vinegar, wasabi cream, honey and pour a little water.
Pour over the salad and mix carefully. Season to taste before serving.
