For the porcini mushrooms with peppers, sauté the onions in hot fat and sprinkle with paprika. Add the coarsely chopped porcini mushrooms and sauté until soft.

Season with salt, paradeis pulp and crushed garlic. Mix well the sour cream with flour and add to the mushrooms.

Bring to the boil once.
