1. rinse meat, dry, season with pepper and roast in hot clarified butter on both sides for 3 min, then season with salt.
2. preheat electric stove to 200 °C. Rinse zucchino, rub dry and cut into thin slices. Roast in hot oil for about 4 min, season with salt and oregano. Toast bread.
3 Divide zucchini slices evenly among toasts, top each with 1 medallion and 1 cheese slice. 4 Bake the toasts in the oven on the middle rack at 200 °C (gas: level 3) for about 8 minutes, until the cheese starts to melt and gets a golden brown crust.
