For the zucchini plaice stew, first cut the zucchini into small cubes.
Place the cubes with fat in a microwave baking dish and cook in the microwave for 4 minutes at 600 watts.
Clean the plaice fillets, acidify with the juice of one lemon, cut into strips with kitchen scissors and season with salt. Place dill and salmon ham cut into strips on the plaice fillets and roll up. Place the fish rolls on the zucchini, add clear soup and simmer for 7 minutes in a closed saucepan at 600 watts. Fold in whipped cream to finish, heat for 3 minutes (600 W). Season with salt, pepper and chopped dill.
Serve the zucchini plaice stew hot.
