Salt the fish and sprinkle with lemon.
Grease a pan or baking dish and line it with the plaice.
For the letcho, mix all the ingredients together and steam for 10 minutes.
Spread the letcho on the plaice.
Mix the cheese with breadcrumbs and some cream and spread it over the fish as well.
Roast the plaice in the preheated oven at 250 °C for approx. 15-20 minutes.
