For the yogurt box cake, mix yogurt, sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla sugar and salt together well (for about 5 minutes). Sift flour and baking powder and gradually stir into the batter.
Finally, stir in the rum raisins. Grease a loaf pan and sprinkle with crumbs. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake the yogurt loaf cake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 50-60 minutes.
