Instructions:

For the walnut cake, cream butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Beat in eggs one at a time, then fold in nuts, chocolate, flour mixed with baking powder. Finally, stir in the orange juice and zest.

Pour the batter into any baking pan lined with baking paper. Bake at 175 °C for about 25 minutes. Once the cake has cooled, cover with chocolate icing.
