Cut the peels of the oranges into small pieces and also remove the white skins. Then score the intermediate skins, remove the fillets and cut them into small pieces.

Squeeze the remaining fruit with your hand and collect the juice. Remove the skin from the kiwis, cut into slices and mix with the oranges.
