For the vegetable spaghetti, cook the spaghetti in salted water. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the bell bell pepper into strips. Sauté onion and garlic in oil until translucent.

Add the peppers and pea pods and sauté vigorously. Pour in wine, add curry and soy sauce, salt and pepper and fry briefly.

Mix spaghetti with the vegetables and sprinkle with coarsely chopped basil.
