Vegetable Snacks with Cream Cheese

For potatoes:








For zucchini:

Instructions:

Potato:

Wrap potatoes in foil and cook in oven at 200 °C for 1 hour. Dice the onions. Mix with curd cheese and chives, season. Fill potatoes with it.

Zucchini:

Cut zucchini lengthwise into 4 slices, season with salt. Top with tomato slices, ham and cheese.

Skewers + tomatoes:

Roughly chop zucchini and 4/5 of the peppers. Blanch both. Thread onto skewers, top with cheese. Bake skewers and zucchini slices for 5 minutes. Cut rest of peppers into cubes, mix with cream cheese, season.

Hollow out tomatoes, fill with them.

Fruit:

Mix curd cheese, honey and liqueur. Cut fruit into quarters and fill with it.

As healthy as milk. Cream cheese provides the best egg white. Snacks with cream cheese are ideal snacks, especially in summer: easy to digest, low in calories and full of health. The various types – cream, curd, layered and heavy cream cheese, granular cream cheese – are nothing other than milk in concentrated form and accordingly contain many vitamins and minerals. Above all, they contain the best egg whites, four times as much as milk. The “fresh” cheeses are flavored with spices, fruits and herbs. Great: spice the cream cheese, form balls with an egg scoop and roll some in fresh herbs, others in paprika powder, curry or almond flakes.
