Score sausages lengthwise. Coat the inside with mustard. Cut ham and cheese slices into strips and fill the sausages with them. Brush all around with oil. Grill until cheese melts. Garnish with tomato ketchup and curry before serving. Serve with fresh white bread and chilled beer.
